Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange at 25,166 VND/USD on July 24, down 11 VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,424 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,908 VND/USD.
At 8:20 am, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks saw a slight fluctuation.
Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,960 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,320 VND/USD, unchanged from the July 23 morning session.
