At 8:30 am, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks saw decreases.
Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 26,030 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,390 VND/USD, down 20 VND from the Auguꦛst 7 morning session./.
