Hanoi (VNA) – The US will forge ahead with defence cooperation with Vietnam, particularly in addressing war consequences and in peacekeeping operat🐷ions.
Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs Tina S.Kaidanow made the remark while meeting with Deputy Minister of National Defence Nguyen Chi Vinh, in Hanoi on June 7.
She expressed her belief that the two countries’ ties will be further developed for peace and cooperation in the region and the world.
