Kuala Lumpur (VNA) – President of the Philippines Benigno Aquino has just app⛎roved the Philippine Export Development Plan for 2016-2017, setting out the goals, a strꦓategy and roadmap for the export sector.
The President has signed Circular No. 91 instructing the review of all relevant policies to facilitate the implementation of the Plan.
According to the Circular, all concerned government agencies and organisations are to review export-related legal documents in a bid to remove all obstacles in the sector.
The Export Development Council is to supervise the implementation of the Plan and work with relevant bodies to develop and revise policies on export promotion.-VNA
