Hanoi (VNA) - State President Luong Cuong has praised outgoing Chilean Ambassador to Vietnam Sergio Narea Guzman for his role in fostering and developing Vietnam-Chile Comprehensive Partnership, which was established nearly two decades aꦑgo.
