Heartwarming aid shipments reach typhoon-stricken Lao Cai
On the afternoon of September 16, despite challenging road conditions, trucks carrying essential relief supplies continued to make their way to the flood-hit people in Bao Yen district in the mountainous province of Lao Cai.
