Dong Nai (VNA) – Dong Nai province is willing to coop𝔍erate with Ternopil city in particular and Ukraine in general, especially in supporting industry, hi-tech ag🎃riculture and industry, tourism and services, said Chairman of the local People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai.
Meeting with visiting Mayor of Ternopil Serhiy Nadal on August 8, Thai shared that Dong Nai is located in the southern key economic region and holds an important position in the region’s socio-economic development.
Businesses from 44 countries and territories are investing in the southern province with current total investment reaching over 25 billion USD, he said, adding that 1.4 billion USD has been poured into the locality since the beginning of this year alone.
He expressed his hope that Dong Nai and Ternopil will maintain cooperation to contribute to developing the relations between Vietnam and Ukraine.
Serhiy Nadal spoke of the collaboration between his city and Dong Nai province, wishing that the province will share its experience in developing industry and attracting foreign investment.
He informed the host that several enterprises operating in the fields of transport and education accompanying him this time are seeking investment and cooperation opportunities in the province.-VNA
