Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh extended his congratulations to his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal, while National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man sent a congratulatory message to Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk.
Also on the occasion, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son delivered his greetings to his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba./.
