Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnamese technology Be Group Corporation on December 13launched its riding-hailing platform, with BeBike and BeCar services.
The firm plans to launch its operationsin Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on December 17.
Be Group announced at the launching ceremonythat it expects to provide services in 15 cities and provinces in 2019 beforeexpanding across the country the next year.
The company targets 6.6 million app downloads in 2019 and aims to add furtherfeatures such as e-wallet, delivery and reward programmes.
Unlike other app operators, including Grab and FastGo, Be Group has registeredas a transportation business.
The company has announced initially its drives will pay the firm 25 percent ofeach fare.
