Having been inspired by their trips to the far flung Truong Sa (Spratly Islands), many overseas Vietnamese (OVs) have worked to spread the love and responsibility to safeguard the nation’s sea and islands.

More than 300 valuable documents, photos, and objects highlighting the historic national milestone of the August Revolution in 1945 are on display at an exhibition in Hanoi from August 18.

A wide range of treasures discovered in nine ancient shipwrecks in Vietnamese waters were exhibited at the centre for promoting values of cultural heritages in the central province of Quang Ngai on June 19.
