In a significant move to support businesses during challenging times, the Vietnamese government has extended and enhanced various tax relief programmes for 2025, with reductions and deferral measures aimed at stimulating economic growth.

The Ministry of Finance has proposed reductions of 10-50% for 36 types of fees starting July 1 until the end of this year to help support business and production.

Many Vietnamese businesses have begun preparing themselves to meet the challenges and opportunities that will be brought about by the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
