By 2025, Vietnam aims to achieve one hundred% mobile broadband coverage on all national highways, expressways and railways under a plan to enhance the quality of Vietnam’s mobile telecommunications network by 2025, which has been approved by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC).

Vietnamese mobile subscribers have a better experience in network quality and speed than users in many Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines, according to a report by Tutela, a global crowdsourced mobile data company.
