Since 2001, June 28 has been chosen as Vietnam Family Day, aiming to honour the deeply humane values of the Vietnamese family, which upholds good moral standards, lifestyles, and cultural traditions.
Amid the current integration and cultural confluence context, it is an urgent need to build detailed standards for the values of the Vietnamese people so as to activate the “soft power” of the nation.
The Vietnamese movie Cha Cong Con (Father and Son) was screened in Uruguay on March 14 as part of cultural activities in celebration of International Francophonie Day.
