Vice State President Vo Thi Anh Xuan emphasised guidelines and policies adopted by the Party and the State to facilitate children’s all-round development at a meeting with outstanding members of the Ho Chi Minh Vanguard Children's Union (HVCU) from Ho Chi Minh City.
