Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan on September 18 addressed the fourth Eurasian Women’s Forum held in St. Petersburg, Russia, via a pre-recorded speech. She participated in the forum at the invitation of Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko.
